WHAT IS A LESSON LIKE?
Each lesson is personally tailored for your specific needs and emphasizes proper alignment of
the head, neck, and spine so that the body can move more efficiently. A lesson includes:
- Sophisticated, gentle hands-on guidance and feedback
- Relaxation and a chance to unravel stress while you lie on a bodywork table
- Instruction (through words and touch) regarding habitual movement patterns
- Examination of everyday basic movements such as sitting, standing, speaking, walking, bending,
reaching, and specific activities like working at your computer, playing a sport, public speaking, etc.
